Ralph D. Friedman, Esquire is a second generation attorney succeeding Albert H. Friedman, Esquire, who founded the firm in 1929. Ralph D. Friedman came to the Bar in 1967. He has acquired considerable experience in many fields of the law.
Mr. Friedman has served as President of several committee organizations, including Rotary International and the local Penn State Alumni Club.
On a professional level, Mr. Friedman is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court for the third circuit and the United States Tax Court.
In the areas of banking and real estate lending, Mr. Friedman served for 22 years on the Board of Directors of a savings bank, was its Board Chairman and Chief General Counsel. That experience is invaluable in understanding not only the legal problems associated with secured lending, but regulatory business problems as well.
